Carolyn Reicher is cofounder and Past President of CW4WAfghan (1998-2010) with two decades of community development work, both locally and internationally. She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Calgary and is Manager of Service Design Support at the Calgary Public Library, where she leads a team in the design and development of public library programs and services for all ages. Carolyn has received numerous awards for her work in adult literacy and human rights advocacy, including the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Cross (M.S.C.) and Global’s Woman of Vision Award. Carolyn rejoined the board in 2018.
