We are thrilled that Dr. Lauryn Oates, Executive Director of Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan, will be our featured speaker. Lauryn has worked extensively in Afghanistan over the past 20 years, and she continues her advocacy as well as being an author, a university instructor and an activist. She is a compelling speaker known for her inspirational addresses. The evening will also feature live music, a sit-down dinner, an Afghan marketplace and the all-popular silent auction.
